SONY TC-510-2 Taperecorder

After first time I saw intro of Mindhunter TV series I were highly inspired with design and esthetics of retro electronics from vacuum tube era.

I couldn't resist to reproduce it in CG. It was surprisingly complex task from side of material deconstruction. After I sort out reference photos it's turned out that tape recorder had at least 6 different plastic types and 5 metal types.

Model were made for SubD workflow with 4 UDIM tiles.
